Carson sometimes takes part in visual art and media.
In 2023, Carson received a B.A. from Redeemer University. Carson has been exhibited at the 2018 Catharsis Redeemer Art Student Exhibition Christ’s Church Cathedral, Hamilton, a 2016 – 2017 Semaphore Fellowship Hamilton, the 2016 United Nations Youth Art Contest, Online exhibition, the 2015 “So You Want to Be an Artist,” online exhibition with the National Gallery of Canada, the 2015 Stelco Tower, Bruce Trail Art Show, the 2015 Art exhibition at Faith Church Burlington, the 2014 -2015 Norfolk County Fair and Horse Show, the 2014 Halton Small Business Center Networking Event, the 2014 – 2015 Conservation Halton Art in the Office rotating exhibition, the 2014 September Makers Market and Art Crawl, the 2013 AGO Art Free After Three Display Booth and Get to Know Contest Promotion, a 2013 Canadian Museum of Nature Ottawa Art display and nature drawing presentation, a 2013 – 2014 Exhibition at the Artist Walk Gallery, Village Square Burlington, a 2013 Interview and Art Featured on Shaw TV Alberta, and at the 2013 Wildlife Habitat Canada head office Permanent Exhibition Ottawa. Carson donated a painting to the 2012 Conservation Gala to support Conservation Halton and Credit River Foundations. Carson has received generous awards and or grants from the Bruce Trail, Halton Conservation, the Summer Company, Ontario Young Business Grant, Royal Canadian Legion Poster, and Literary contest – Gold and Silver 2014, Baillie Birdathon National Tshirt Artist 2014, and the Robert Bateman’s Get to Know contest, 1st place award 2013. Thus, his work is on the Wildlife Habitat conservation stamp and calendar cover. In October 2011, Carson was invited to Jasper National Park to participate in a 3-day Unconference on getting teens outdoors.
